Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We strive for utmost accuracy in representing our products through images. Rest assured, the product you receive will closely match the one depicted in the picture.

However, please note that due to factors such as differences in monitor color settings, lighting conditions during photography, and the natural variations inherent in handcrafted or natural materials , there might be a minimal, almost negligible variance. This variance does not affect the overall quality, functionality, or design essence of the product.

How much is the shipping fee?

Orders of $79 or more enjoy free shipping. For orders under $79, a shipping fee of $7.9 will be charged.

How can I return an item?

We have a 30-day return policy on most of our items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of return shipping is not included. Shipping costs and additional service charges such as gift wrap are non-refundable. 

However, we will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

You’ll receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item back if the item is in stock.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Will you restock items indicated as"out of stock?"
Dear customers,
Thank you for your interest in our products. Regarding whether out - of - stock items will be restocked, the details are as follows:
Regular products: Most of them will be restocked. We will make arrangements based on sales data and demand forecasts. Usually, they will be restocked within [1] week after running out of stock. However, special circumstances such as raw material shortages and logistics delays may lead to restocking delays.
Seasonal products: The decision is based on the sales situation of the current season and market feedback. If the sales are booming and the remaining sales cycle is reasonable, we will restock as soon as possible; if it is near the end of the season, the possibility of restocking is relatively small.
Limited - edition/custom - made products: It is generally difficult to restock them. Once limited - edition products are sold out, that's it. If custom - made products cannot meet the production conditions, they will not be restocked either.
If you want to obtain restocking information in a timely manner, we recommend that you register as a member and click "Notify Me When Available" on the product page. We will notify you by email immediately after the product is restocked.
